Can my specs play minecraft

I don't no if my specs on my laptop will play Minecraft or not I think the CPU and RAM is OK but I don't no about the graphics card the specs are
AMD turion x2
2GB RAM
1048 ATI RADEON graphics card and I would like to no if it can play Minecraft

Not very well. That laptop is pretty old. And the GPU will be very limiting.

It will play but it will lag.
