Can my system support gtx 970

That motherboard won't be great if you plan on going SLI in the future, but it should support that one card. The power supply has two pci connectors and enough wattage, so you're fine there as long as you're not overclocking. Also that case has plenty of room for long cards, so you should be just fine.

I wouldnt risk ocing on that motherboard.. get a new mobo with good vrm if your going to oc

Yes it does use more wattage typically. The amount depends on the OC, of course. With your PSU, however, you're still cutting it close on wattage if you get a normal 970.

yes you can use the 970, and again, yes you can OC it without worrying.
My PSU is a cheap ass CM 550W unit that only supplies less that 500W lol.
I OC'ed my STRIX 970 to 1353 and 7210 without crashing and gained 8-20 FPS more when playing GTA V with Max settings + 8x MSAA (without reflection MSAA and Extended Scaling)
