What resolution & Hz monitor?

FYI my 4670k OC'd to 4.3Ghz cannot hold 60fps in several games now, I do get drops into the 50's. If you are aiming for high FPS you need a modern high end CPU.

Then you will be held back by your CPU in modern AAA games, as I said mine cannot hold 60 fps in all games and with a 144Hz you ideally want 100fps plus. You could do the upgrade the GPU now (assuming that 850w is hood quality, the gold rating is not a rating of quality but efficiency) but you will soon want to upgrade your cpu.
