Hello,
I'm using windows 7 on my laptop & I've connected to our home network/internet before. However, now when I select the network & put in the password, it keeps telling me it can't connect to the network [even though the signal is excellent]. When I run the trouble shooter it tells e there is a problem with wireless adapter or access point.
I don't understand why I could connect before but not now?

Is your router's SSID (broadcast name) the factory default (like Netgear or Linksys) ? If so you may be trying to connect to a neighbour in error and should change the router SSID to something unique.

Before getting into more complex solutions just try disabling wireless security in the router temporarily -- if the system then works you know where the issue lies.
