Question Can not boot from DVD drive Thinkserver TS430

Hello:
I purchased a used Lenovo Thinkserver TS430 without any drives and no O/S.
I have purchsed three 1TB 3.5 inch drives for it

I am trying to configure this server as a file server. I want to use Lenovo's Easy Startup disk, but I can not get this server to boot from the DVD drive.
I have searched online and I am finding that this server has something called secure boot, but I can not find it in the BIOS to disable it.

In the BIOS/UEFI you should have a selection to manually select the boot device. Have you looked there?

I have placed the DVD drive in first on the list and it still will do nothing.

And I can only select UEFI or legacy boot
