Hi!

I am trying to solve a issue with remote desktop. My laptop cannot connect to my desktop, if they are not in the same network. I get this error:

If the laptop is connected to the same network as the desktop (at home), I can connect it to the desktop via remote desktop, but if I’m connected the laptop through my mobile data or from anywhere else, it gives me the error

I have tried the following:

In regedit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Terminal Server Client -> New DWORD RDGClientTransport and set it to ‘1’

Network profile is set to Private (it used to be Public, but no difference)

Trying to disable the firewall didn’t help either.

Also, using custom DNS servers, should this affect it in any ways?

DNS Servers . . . .: 2606:4700:4700::1111
2606:4700:4700::1001
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
