Should I buy my peripherals before or after I buy the parts for my pc. I have $270 right now which is enough to get a graphics card an a power supply right now but it's also just enough to buy my peripherals, what do I do?

Pick out your build(all of it). Buy parts as they go on sale(the cheapest you can get them for), and as you save for them.
