Can not install windows 10 into a new SSD

SSD is new from the box. Microsoft windows 10 USB boots up, then i get to choose what bit i am going to choose. I select 64 bit then load up , but then it goes to a black screen then i dont see anything need help what could it be. Would appriciated the help.

Does it do the same if you choose the 32-bit edition instead? (only for troubleshooting purposes you understand, not suggesting you actually install it).
