My pc crashed some time ago. Fortunatelly i have laptop, so i decided to transfer files from pc's hdd to laptop.
I have HDD connected via usb 3.0 adapter (sata-usb) and i can not find all of my files inside HDD.
I have installed hdd in computer manager and when i opened it every folder had locker symbol. It is possible to enter inside, however i could not find all my files. I figured out that i should change options of folder visibility. Worked! Anyway, now i see just couple more folders which are not what i was looking for. Maybe i have to use some drive recovery software?
There is one more issue. I have made backup and i can not open any of backuped file at my HDD. It says that archieve is either in unknownformat or damaged.
please help.
