Can Nvidia 3D Vision Be Used on a forced 120hz TV?

Hello Everyone!

I recently purchased a television with a native 120hz TV panel by can only accept 60hz natively via HDMI. However I was able to use a pixel over clock software to successfully input 120hz to the TV So my question is whether or not nvidia 3d vision 2 will work on my now true 120hz display?
