Can PC freezing be happening because of not uninstalling previous GPU drivers?

Sometimes, the computer will randomly freeze for no reason at all, like in the middle of the desktop for example.
I have an R9 290 right now and I used to have a GTX 960, I uninstalled the nvidia drivers manually.
It's worth mentioning that this also happened sometimes with the 960. Could my network adaptor be causing this?

Corsair VS series is Tier 4. Very low quality.

Please consider a higher quality power supply.

However, before you go and put money towards a new power supply, I'd like you to run a system stability test.

Please download AIDA64 Extreme, drop down the Tools menu across the top, hit System Stability Test, select everything except for Local Disk, run the test for ten minutes. Take a screenshot of the Statistics tab every thirty seconds.

Make sure to save the screenshots immediately. This way, if it crashes during the test, we'll know what went wrong right before it crashed.

Please note: you may need to make the window taller in order to fit all the stats on screen at once.

Just ran the test, nothing really happened, temperatures were normal on load too (72 celsius for the GPU, 55c for the CPU)
