Can pulling a plug without turning off power supply switch be safe?

Ok, so I shut down my pc and everything, so everything was shut down and idle, so I was moving the whole pc somewhere else then accidentally removed the cord into the power supply, (Everything was shut down though.) So even though everything was deactivated, is it still safe to remove the cord without turning the power switch off on the supply?

Solution
That's generally fine.
I'm pretty sure that's how most users do it. I seldom see anyone switching off the actual psu before removing the cord.
Most power bricks don't even have a power switch on them and that's the same technology as a pc psu.

You're way more likely to have a problem pulling the plug while the pc is still running.
