Can Sapphire VAPOR-X R9 290X 4GB Run on my pc ?

mobo-Intel DH61ww
Ram-Kingston hyperx Fury - 8gb
Psu-Corsair CX600w
Internal Hard Disk - 500Gb WD

Yup you can use the GPU in your PCIe 2.0 slot. Before that you should upgrade your PSU to 750Watts. Get a 750Watts 80+ bronze rated PSU preferably from Seasonic/Antec/Corsair.

You are under minimun recommended PSU specs for that VGA which is 650W minimun.

Remenber that the R9 290X has an elevated TDP of 290W, and with a bottom line from corsair PSU, so you will be putting too much strain to your PSU reducing livespam.

I would spend the exta $30 or so bucks and get a gtx 970, they perform the same but the 970 saves a lot more wattage. 600w is definitely enough for a gtx 970.

Get a 750Watts PSU if you are going to buy R9 290x. If you choose to get a GTX 970(Which is an awesome choice), even 500Watts PSU is enough. I have a GTX 970 and it is awesome . Both GPUs are equal performers but GTX 970 has a lower TDP and cool features like MFAA, VSR and VXGI. It is worth spending 30$ more for all these features and also no need to upgrade your PSU. So my recommendation would be GTX 970.

But i had already spended to much on my pc to buy ram nd psu
so i won't be able to change my psu
