Can see mouse cursor on Skyrim

When i am looking too far in one direction and it reaches the end of the screen the arrow cursor thing appears...any fixes ?

I haven't had that but when I alt-tab and alt-tab back in, I get 2 mouse cursors. The fix for that is to alt-tab to the same Skyrim-instance twice. Have you tried that? Hold down Alt, press Tab til you are over Skyrims icon, then do it again.
