Question Can/should my PC run an RTX 2070 graphics card?

Considering upgrading my graphics card. These are my specs:

Motherboard: B450 Aorus Pro Wifi
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six Core

I don't know if my motherboard can run an RTX 2070, so if I can't use it I'd appreciate an alternative

My current Power Supply should be about 650W, and my current GPU is a GTX 1060 3GB

What exact psu, make and model. 550w by its own is fairly meaningless.

What resolution and Hz is your monitor? What is your RAM, configuration and speed?

My power source is a Corsair VS650. (I got the power source wrong, I changed it on the above post)

My monitor is 60 Hz and 1920x1080

I have about 18 GB of RAM and it's about 2133 MHz
