Can someone check this pc setup and tell me if this setup could run into any problems?

- AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
- MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard
- Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
- Cooler Master - MasterCase MC500P ATX Mid Tower Case
- gtx 780
- powerpool xiviper 0su 850w

It's a good base system.

I'd get a better GPU from 1060 6gb up from Nvidia, Or Rx580 and up from AMD. Your PSU is weak. I'd get something more reputable, that will last longer and won't potentially fry your components.

Something like this:

Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($39.99 @ B&H)
Total: $39.99

Thanks for the advice. Im looking to upgrade the GPU in the future(after christmas). possibly a gtx 2070

I'm UK based and its hard to find that PSU at a decent price.

Would you know anywhere to get that PSU in UK or could you recommend a different PSU at a similar price that could be bought in the UK.

Also do you think it needs a better CPU cooler then the stock one. Is it worth it?

Thanks Keith,

Tim

Something like this maybe:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£67.46 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £67.46
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

What is your budget. SAdly it seems PSU's really cost a lot in the UK. I would strongly suggest getting something reputable.

This would do as an alternative:

Power Supply: SeaSonic - S12II 620 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£56.23 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £56.23
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The Corsair TXm is only 550w, but will power your system fine, as long as your not crazy Overclocking.

620w give you bit of headroom.
