Question can someone explain me this

You only have one fan, it's installed on the rear of the case. The CPU cooler should be plugged into the CPU Fan or AIO pump header and set to 100%. The 2 radiator fans are powered by the leads coming from the CPU cooler. It's all controlled through Corsair iCue software.

Also check your RAM install location. It looks like you have them in A1 & B1. Most(all) motherboards require installation in A2 & B2 for proper operation.

the thing is idk how to do that
 
Your ram looks fine and yes you only have 1 fan in your computer
The other 2 fans are to do with your AIO (water cooling) and you don't need to play.
Also, since you clearly have not much idea about your computer or the actual insides and how they work, why are you playing about in the BIOS, this can potentially leave your computer in to problems if you don't know what you're doing.
