[SOLVED] Can someone explain this please?

I don't really know what this is, I have reinstalled windows as I changed my SSD but it still remained, I know it's not normal as my laptop and other computers running windows 10 do not have a list that you can scroll of just svchost.exe
If someone knows how I could make there be not so many, not that it seems to be doing any harm I just don't really know what its doing, my Bullguard AV detects about 100 of them as a virus so if anyone knows that would be helpful.

What are the detections? Please post what the AV is complaining about. you could try running malwarebytes within safe mode. Also try running Bullguard within safe mode and fix the issues.
