Can someone help me build a 1000 dollar pc ( all included)

Tomorrow, i can order parts but I don't know what to build, i like the AMD FX 8350 and the GTX 770 but i know that is to much for the budget since i also need to include the OS and the Monitor as well as the mouse and keyboard. If u can keep it around that area i would really appreciate it, thanks. Taxes should be included but if not, I really wouldnt mind, I'll be using this to play games for long periods of time like Battlefield 4, Crisis 3, some of the newer games like Witcher 3 and stuff like that, maybe livestream and record videos or something like that, thanks again.

Have you ever used PC Partpicker before? Give it a shot if you haven't, it's a great website/tool: http://pcpartpicker.com/

Going with the FX-8350 is a great idea as it has had a great track record since it's release, especially in terms of price per performance, and it will run all the games you've mentioned easily. Couple it with a R9 series video card (R9 280 - R9 290X), 8GB of memory, an FX990 motherboard (w/ AM3+ socket) and ideally an SSD to run your OS and games, you should be good to go. Note, I selected a hybrid by Seagate for you to stay close to your budget as much as possible. And I didn't select a keyboard and mouse, but you can get these as little as $50 or as high at $200 depending on the type and brand.
