can someone help me with a good setup for an gaming pc

i am planning to build an game pc and i am sot sure about the budget, it can be like €500 but also €750, can someone help me with a good gaming machine.
games: rome2 shogun2 cod mw3+ghosts bf4 and gta4/5

i prefer an AMD cpu because they are cheaper, and a 8/6 core would be nice. and an 1tb hdd and 8gb ram is something what seems good
