Official BIOS updates for laptops are provided by the laptop manufacturer if any such updates exist.

Unfortunately it appears that Sony have removed all downloads for your model, except for printed matter:

Sony Has Removed the all the download for this model. However, I have backed up my bios and will be sharing it to you guys just in case you need to reflash your bios R1170Y8. I'm Using VPCEB44EA.
