[SOLVED] Can someone help me with iTunes?

I can't log in to iTunes to purchase music and I have already contacted them several times and they aren't helping. This problem started when I added a new email address to my iTunes account. When I try to log in it asks for a verification code. I then enter the correct verification code that I received and instead of logging me in to iTunes it just asks me for another code. It's driving me crazy. I will really appreciate any help anyone can give me on this. Thanks.
 
It has been a while since I did anything with iTunes and the iCloud stuff but I seem to recall that when you added or changed an email that you had to have access to the old one for some manner of verification.
 
My Old one was used for my Apple ID, so apple had that email address. The problem is I can't sign into that email account anymore. That's why I added a new one. It added the new email address, but it still kept my old one as my apple ID. It said that email address could not be changed.
 
I finally got someone at Apple that actually helped me. I got this problem fixed this past Wednesday. Someone at apple had me install an intel update that was listed in my Windows optional updates. Then I restarted the computer and everything was fine again. That's all it took but it took several days to get an answer that actually helped. I would never have thought that an intel update would have any connection to my iTunes, but it fixed my problem immediately. So if this happens to anyone else they should try this. It worked for me.
