can someone help

as this is my first post i apologise in advance for any silly mistakes i make but il get right to it, i am looking to upgrade an old computer (about 4 years) its has a asus m4a89gto pro motherboard, a 550 watt psu, 8gb of ram and currently a nvidia 430 graphics card and i was wondering what modern graphics cards it could handle i was looking at this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GeForce-Graphics-Express-Vision/dp/B0087YADCG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398805667&sr=8-1&keywords=graphics+card as it seems like a good deal etc.

I would go with a Radeon R7 260X, I've seen a few around £100. I personally like the 750 Ti more, got it to hold me off until Maxwell high end but that is around 130.
