Can someone please make me a Gaming PC on a site that builds PCs (e.g dinopc, pcspecialist, etc.) since I am unable to build a PC myself, so i figured a site that builds it for you is the next best thing. I plan on playing Minecraft and GMOD (low-mid settings) and hope to get a decent FPS.

Requirements:

(Atleast) 1 Optical Disc Drive
(Atleast) 1 HDMI Port
(Atleast) 2 USB Ports, Preferably 3 or 4 if within budget

I only need the PC, so don't worry about monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.

My Budget is £300

I know its very low, but i have seen builds that are good for this price. I do not not need any OS (e.g Windows 7, Apple) so that is not needed either.Tip: I found on PC specialist that the 400-800 based price is the best for my budget, if this is any help. I hope some of you can build me a PC that is good. Thanks.

Go to console gaming. With 300 £ You can't get decent FPS. Customizing your PC is the worst possible idea because some sites take like half of that budget just because they build it. You could go for some 20£ CPU and GPU but you could maybe check your mail some times. Also operating system costs, power supply is important and you can't game on 20£ CPU or GPU.

I have to disagree with that. As the price/cost drops, the manufacturer's profit changes from mark-up, which we can save to our advantage, to bulk-purchase discount on parts and the OS in particular, which we do not have access to.

That point may be around 250 pounds.
