Question can someone recommend a budget ATI card please.

My GFX has issues, every time i restart my pc i have no display. pc boots fine. just no display. doesnt matter if its hdmi, dvi, display port or dsub. nothing
so i think it has gone bad. i usually have to leave my pc off for an hour before i get my screen back

Im not a gamer, so it is only for surfing the net...
