can someone recommend a good psu for mini tower??

i have dell optiplex 5040 series pc
Height: 13.8" (35.0 cm) | Width: 6.1" (15.4 cm) are the measurements
i want to game
ALSO CAN A ATX PSU FIT INTO A THIS MEASUREMENT CASE???

It looks like that PSU is unfortunately a custom size. those specs seem to describe the SFF model of the optiplex 5040.

Have you even checked to see if you have a way to attach a discrete video card? I can't find a picture of the motherboard. But it looks like there are only half height slots so that'll probably be very limiting to what you can do with regards to gaming.

I think the dimensions he gave are for the case, not the PSU.

yeah I know it was for the case. It means he has a SFF version of the optiplex 5040. That usually means it uses a custom form factor PSU. I'm thinking the OP is out of luck here. Given a SFF, that means that he probably has only half height slots and the options for gaming cards for those are extremely limited.
