[SOLVED] Can someone tell me a way to fine tune my ALL AMD PC?

I can't seem to run any designing software properly! Especially Sketchup 201X (any)!
My PC seems to use only a max of 1.1/8.0GB only. and sometimes the entire system goes under-clocked!
The software slows down even after following all the basic steps to reduce graphics, memory, and visual settings in the softwares!
While gaming has never been an issue, I have noticed consistent frame drops!
PC configs:
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI Armor II RX 579 8GB OC
AORUS B450M
Corsair vengeance LPX C16 16GB (8x2) 2400mhz
Coolermaster Masterliquid Lite 120
Corsair cx500
2TB HDD & 240GB SSD
And I have no idea how to post pictures in this forum ( or any - first time)
I am currently running on all stock settings and have done no overclock. i have no idea how to use Wattman nor do I know hwo to configure BIOS. ALL STOCK currently.
Do help me out please!

Check the temperatures of your hardware , update the bios within bios of your motherboard
Run 3dmark basic edition (it's free).
After the benchmark click on the button compare result online and post the link of the result
