Please don't bump, it's against forum rules.
Anyways you made a few critical mistakes.
1) You chose the GTX680 over the GTX670, they're so close in performance, I can't justify the $100 price difference of the 680. 670 is the way to go.
2) The PSU you chose is higly overkill for your build. There is absolutely NO NEED for 750w with a system like yours, 550w or 650w is more than enough.
3) RAM should be 1600Mhz CL9, this isn't a big mistake, though. Just a minor thing I would personally change.
4) You chose an H61 motherboard with an Intel Core i7 2600k. You won't be able to overclock your CPU at all, which makes the 'K' on the CPU sku useless.
5) You chose a horrible CPU cooler which is no better than the stock cooler that comes with your CPU. If you want a budget cooler that performs absolutely well, I would get the Hyper 212+.
This is what I would've done -
Core i5 3570k -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504
Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz RAM -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard -
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293
EVGA GTX670 FTW Edition -

Corsair TX650 V2 PSU -

Then with the money you save from getting the 670+i5 over the 680+i7, you can get this -
OCZ Vertex 4 128GB SSD -

or
Samsung 830 128GB SSD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147163
