Question Can surf the internet but can't play online games.PLS HELP!!

I can use browser normally but I cant join online servers in game.Also vpn programs are not connected to the internet.I am using router with lan cabel.Can someone help me pls.I really want to play online games again

none of them connect to internet.For example:Rocket league,World War Z,CSGO,Pubg,etc
