Can switching to tablet mode on a hybrid laptop/tablet damage the hardware?

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section, but I am mostly concerned about damage to my HDD. I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius 11 which doubles as a laptop and tablet. I have had this laptop for nearly two years. For the past two years, I have been using my Satellite as a laptop rather than as a tablet. But recently, I have been thinking about taking notes with the tablet side of my laptop. However, I am worried that frequently folding the screen and keyboard into tablet mode will damage the hardware. I plan to fold the keyboard and screen about two times a day while the device is in use. Will doing this damage the hardware? If so, which hardware? Also, should I fold the keyboard and screen while it is in sleep mode instead? What about hibernate mode? Or would you advise for me to plan ahead and fold the screen and keyboard before powering on the laptop from shut down? I'd appreciate any information you could give me.

I also have a laptop like yours, not the same brand but it works as a tablet and a laptop. I have had it for over 3 years now and frequently interchange it between laptop mode and tablet mode. As of right now I have not had any problems with it and still works fine. I would not be too worried about how or when you fold your laptop as long as its not with force. These 2-in-1s are usually built to be able to withhold the folding and unfolding they were meant to do.
