Can the GPU Temp. be too low?

Hi guys, I just moved my tower to a very cold part of the house. I'm wondering, at 22 degrees Celsius, Is my GPU temperature too low? Sorry for the inexperience. I am using a GTX 780 w/ ACX.

Also, to give you guys a temperature generalization, I am sitting here in a light hoodie and sweatpants. Is that too cold?

22 is good. It is maximum temp you should really worry about.

Alright, but is there a specific low temperature I should be worrying about? Because right now, my GPU is idling at 19-20 degrees Celsius. Can my GPU, "Freeze." So to speak?

Better yet, should I be worrying about suddenly turning on BF3, and the temps suddenly skyrocketing from 20-45 degrees Celsius? Or condensation from the air conditioner not to far away? Or am I just being too paranoid with my new build?

Don't worry unless ambient temp gets cold enough to cause condensation. This is generally less then 10c.
