Can the i3-330m cpu of hp dv4-2110tu laptop upgraded to i7-620m

i have a hp dv4-2110tu laptop with i3-330m socket rpga-998 now i want to upgrade it to i7-620m socket rpga-998. the issue is does the laptop support i7 dual core cpu and clock/bus ratio is important factor in replacing cpu or not
