since its a h61 chipset it should support

Intel® Core™ i7-3770S i would not push any k proccessor on that board i doubt it would handle it well​

Check manufacturer's support web site for processors it supports and BIOS updates needed to run them.

H61 board would require BIOS update to support 3rd gen cpus.
If BIOS update is not available, then only 2nd gen cpus would be supported. See, if you are able to find BIOS update for this board.
Zebronics is not exactly known for good support.
So - i7 2600/2600K would be best, that can work on this board for sure.

It is supported I've checked various stores and all of them says it supports 2 and 3rd gen also never seen one with a nvme slot knew it existed but it's odd.

3rd gen is supported only with BIOS update.
If you're not sure, if BIOS is updated to required level, then you also can't be sure it will work with 3rd gen cpu.
