Question Can the ryzen 1700 fully utilise 32gb ram?

On a b450 msi mobo, with a rx 570 8gb nitro+, no ovetclocks there.
Its purpose is mostly 3d rendering, including animation and unity, blender being my no1 software.
Cpu - centered rendering.
Psu is the Cx450m.
2 modules of ram.
