Can this be fixed?

So as liquid went in my monitor and i have this black spot with dead pixels well that is ok.
But other problem is monitor changing his light.
Its like one time its normal after 3min its lighthening up.
Its so much light that colors change exemp. low gree nis high green. or sometimes becuse i have blue background when the light comes up everything is blue i can see icons and stuff becuse of transperecy but you can see its blue and it hurts for my eays.
Here are few picsof problem.
If it can be repaired i would be happy.

Update 1# Monitor is PHILIPS 190CW
Control panel for monitor brightnes isnt damaged and dosent have any thing to do with the thingy that is happening.

I doubt that this can be fixed, beyond a panel replacement (that means that the repair would involve the complete removal of the LCD part and replacing it with a new one.) Given that such a repair essentially amounts to getting a new monitor anyway I would recommend getting a new monitor instead.

I'm not sure if other Toms folks would come to the same conclusion, but imagine most would! Good luck!
