Can this build run low-power games like gmod and minecraft with a decent FPS?

Okay, so here's my situation:
I just ordered the final parts for my PC... Except for the GPU. So, Im wondering how this build will perform on Integrated Graphics until i can afford the GPU.

All those parts are solid. And yes, you very well can run those games with pretty good FPS using the Intel HD 4600 integrated graphics. Check this:

I think your plan is good.
It really depends on the games.
Fast action games will suffer.
But sims,mmo and strategy games are more dependent on the cpu.

You should be able to reduce resolution or graphics settings to get something playable.

AA is particularly hard on graphics.

that coolermaster tx3 is rubbish(only effective at max rpm wich is noisy), and you have a non-k processor. it's a waste of money imho. just use stock cooler. unless you live in a very hot climate.

I agree, the intel stock cooler will do the job.
It is the equal of the TX3 which is a waste of money.
