Can this build run minecraft with shaders and mods??

Hello i am building me a computer that i will mainly play minecraft on will this build run minecraft at 60 fps with shaders and mods http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VvCzzy ? If not please leave your opinion on what i should buy my budget is no more then 400$. Thanks in advance!!!!

Minecraft is cpu game. Not sure can you find something for 400$, hopefully someone helps you but you want quad CPU, I doubt that this will get you stable 60fps especially while you generate world around you.
