Can this build run some games?

Can this build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qgbJJx) run games like nba 2k16/dragon ball XV.
If it can't, what games can it run smoothly [low-med settings on 720p]?

The reason I chose that ram was because of the huge benefit of fast ram the APU can have. I can easily buy another stick of ram for 8GB of RAM in total later down the line.

Im not planning on playing the most demanding games, just ones like TERA, Warframe, Dragomon Hunter, Dragon nest, Minecraft, maybe SMITE.
The ones I am truly not sure if I could run is the games I mentioned in the original post (nba 2k16 and DBXV)

That is great! so does this mean I should go with the discrete cpu + gpu rather than the apu? Can I run these games with the apu build?
