Can this card run 144hz at 1080p?

Just slight concern, putting together my new build and the card i'm looking to purchase which is on sale today mentions on the output section "Display Port-1.4 *3 (Max Resolution: 7680x4320 @60 Hz)". Does this mean it can only run at 60hz or can it run 144hz on lower res?

It can run 144hz at 1080p and 1440p.

7680x4320*60 is not telling you anything.
The FPS depends on your cpu as well, basically FPS = min (CPU_MAX, GPU_MAX)
GPU_MAX is heavily dependent on setting and resolution. In general 1080 can do 1080p 144fps with no issues if CPU is not limiting. 1440p 144hz will be a drag, you have to tune down setting in many AAA titles. What games do you play?
What CPU do you have in mind?

Yes it can do 144hz on 1080p and around above 60fps on 1440p resolution: Here is a couple benchmarks:

Save $ by getting GTX 1070 Ti instead as it pretty much performs on a par with the 1080.

Thanks fellas just want to know so i can get the most out of my build, have a 8700k so it's a beast. Just thought it mentioning the max res is at 60hz would mean it wasn't able to go higher.
