Can this computer run Battlefield 4 on ultra 1080p 60FPS?

Ultra? No. That GPU just won't do. Medium to High though, and we're looking at some solid 60+ FPS there.

Already have it, and I've got no plans on overclocking anything.

Seems pretty clear considering you have a locked CPU.

Back to your question, that card is actually for mid-range gaming. Meaning it'll work very well on High or maybe Very High Settings.

You'll see that with Anti Aliasing turned off, but everything else on Ultra, you'll still get impressive results. You up for that?

If you turn AA on, you'll probably get 55-60 fps max. Emphasis on probably.
