Can this graphics card go in my pc?

I am upgrading my old pc and it is a HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF and I wanted to know if this card http://goo.gl/dCt2VF will wok in this pc with these specs:

OS - Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit OEM

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66GHz

Case - SFF Compaq 8000 HP
RAM - 8 GB of DDR3 @ 1600mHz <-- (Just Ordered) and 4 GB of DDR3 @ 1333mHz

Motherboard - HP 3646h with 1 PCIe 2 x16 slot low profile

Graphics - Intel Q45/43 Chipset @ 1360 x 768

Storage - HDD 250GB 7200 rpm

Opitical Drive - HP DVD_RAM GH40L

No it is a prebuilt it has an HP one 240w
