Trying to build my little brother a budget PC for school and light gaming (minecraft, csgo, etc). Its Cyber Monday so I'm hoping to get him better components.

Already have:
GPU: GTX 660
PSU: 500w
CD-DVD drive

I'm thinking a base core i3 4170 but I need a MOBO to go with it.

This is the one I came up with

EDIT : MOBO is the GIGABYTE GA-H81M-H

Solution
I'd say to with the i5 instead, you can upgrade your GPU without any problems, later, while with the i3,you'll face FPS drops probably, with the cards like gtx 960 or more powerful,so it's good to upgrade to i5 now.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($159.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $219.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
