To me it looks like the traces on/in the board have also been compromised as what was supposed to be there blew up/exploded. You might want to contact someone like NorthRidgeFix, if you're located in the U.S.A but as I see it, if you're not handy with soldering, don't have a steady hand, don't have a soldering iron with a very fine tip, tweezers, a microscope, soldering gear(in general, like a solder wick, flux and solder) not to mention a donor board with the right SKU for your laptop, then no, there's nothing you can do to fix it.
The fact that you created this thread would indicate that you don't have the tools nor the knowledge to do so.
If you're not located in the U.S.A, you should try and locate a shop, locally, that can repair the board professionally. Might also want to do an assessment of how much it'll take to fix it. If you need a new motherboard, assess the cost of a new laptop as well.
