Can this motherboard handle Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866MHz

Is it a problem if it's too close to the cpu cooler??(no stock cooler)

For that Asus mobo the only ram compatible are:

DDR3-1066 / 1333 / 1600 / 1800 / 2000 / 2200 up to 16gb max.

Also make sure the ram is 1.5volts as most MB only support that for ddr3
