Can this PC run games like AC: Unity on med-high?

i all,
So I'm building a budget PC ($550) and here are the specs. Do tell me if it can run games like Unity and others on relatively ok-ish medium-high settings or do I need to do some changings. I'm a noob in stuff like this, so help me out a bit . Specs are:
CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 TI FTW
MB: MSI B85M Gaming
RAM: 8 GB kingston.

Yes, medium should be fine with those specs.

Assassin's creed unity is sucks. Not well optimize in PC so it can't run very well even high end pc .
But you can play far cry 4med to high

Thanks mates. But I've had some very very bad experiences with ATI cards, one dead GPU after only 4 months and a mobility one which got 'atikmpag.sys-ed'. Plus, 750 TI looks to have some really good power consumption, which is also a plus.
But do tell me, Is the difference of performance between the two cards quite big?

Yep, but it's priced at $250 where I live, so that's off the table 😛.
