Can this PC run games?

I found a nice looking PC here on Walmart that's pretty cheap (Only $380!)

It has a Integrated Intel HD VGA Graphics for a Graphics/Video Controller, DVD-RW Drive, Intel i7-2600 3.40Ghz Quad Core , 16 GB of Ram! This all looks fine but I'm a bit uneducated on Graphics card and other Graphics related things. Can you tell me about the 'Graphics Controller' and what that is? Is it like a graphics card? Would this PC be able to run games like GTA V, Overwatch.etc . Question is: Is this a decent gaming PC?

it will need a better Graphics card, the graphics controller is built into the CPU and is very under-powered compared to even a gtx 1050.
once you get a graphics card in there it will game for a year or two at various settings.
the 1050ti would be a safe bet, anything more may necessitate a new power supply.
1060 6gb is ideal for gaming at 1080p

The Intel Graphics is built into the 2600 CPU and are meant for things like browsing web pages and e-mail. They can be used in some simple games but nothing demanding. The processor and memory are fine for most games, so if you add a video card like the GTX 1060 6GB you would be better able to play the games you listed.

they are all pretty much the same, reference models mostly operating at almost the same speeds. (you will never notice without serious testing)
benchmark 10 1050ti's and all the results will be within the margin of error of each other

I have personally used and can wholeheartedly suggest, Zotac, EVGA, MSI, Sapphire and Asus. the cards I had from them were all excellent, currently using a Sapphire HD 7950. Sapphire does not have any 1050ti models. (AMD only I think)

I selected these because they are the least expensive models each manufacturer makes with Dual fans. IMHO 2 x fans make for a quieter cooler card.

if noise is not an issue I would get the cheapest you can find from the above manufacturers, you will need benchmarking software to tell the differences of each so save the money if you can.

yes just do not expect ultra settings, the listed are the minimum suggested and the system with the card exceed those.
