Can this play most mainstream games?

Hey. I have my PC getting fixed for the
First time in ages, I built this over two years ago now is it gord enough to play most popular game rn (Fortnite, Black ops, rainbow)

Cpu: Intel core i5 6600k 3.5ghz
Psu: Corsair TX750M
Ram: corsair vengeance ddr4 lpx
Gpu: Radeon rx 480 8gb
Cpu cooler: cooler master hyper 212x
Mobo: gigabyte z170 hd3
Case: CM storm enforcer

Also the problem with the PC was the mobo and ram so I'm getting that replaced but they will probably be similar

Absolutely yes it can. It's a solid mid-range PC that should offer 60FPS(1080p) or better in most games. It can play every game on the market.

There is one caveat. We can't see the RAM amount. As long as there is 8 or 16GB of RAM you're golden.
