I am thinking about purchasing a pre-built Gaming Desktop from Ironside Computers, but I wasn't sure if this hardware could run Arma 3 or Far Cry 3 on Ultra/ High settings. Will this be able to run those games and if so please give me an fps range if possible.

Solution
mate if you use pc part picker you wont miss anything because its all laid out for you. you just start at the top and work down the list. then post the link your given and the guys here will tell you if your missing something...
but really theres not a lot to miss.
motherboard
cpu
gpu
ram
hdd
ssd if required
psu
case. for the basic build

then add monitor
o.s
mouse and keyboard and your pretty much done.
if you want to add the little extras like a wireless card you can also do that with the pc part picker system builder.

seriously mate spend some time picking the parts you think you need, and the guys here will keep you rite.
you may think its a lot of effort but in reality its not really.

way overpriced for what it is mate. you could buy the same parts for around £600 (without windows or the monitor) and pay some 1 you know or even your local pc stor to build it for you saving £600+
you would be beter off looking at sites like ibuypower for custom prebuilds or pc partpicker to order the parts separately and have some1 build it for you.

Idk Ibuypower seemed more expensive with their shipping fee's..
I didn't want to get separate pc parts incase I missed something.
