Can this run BF3 , Skyrim and TF2 if not can someone link me to an all in one that can run those games

not very well, Bf3 would struggle as the gpu is weak.

budget, and if you are capable of self building is what we need to know.

For the price of that all in one, you could do so much better, but not as an all in one.

Why do you need All in one? You could build an old rig that could run all of the above. My qx9650 and gtx295 ran bf3 on very high, not ultra but for a system that you could probably get for $500 not bad. Practically maxxed skyrim too.
