Can Windows 7 Genuine DVD Be Reused?

My brother has a genuine copy of Windows 7 which he had used to install on his computer but his product key located on the DVD cover can only be used once, which he did. I just wish to know if it is possible for me to use that same disc to be installed on my new computer, and I go purchase a new product key online to pass through the installation process. Will it work or I need to get another new software all together? Thanks for your answers!

You can use the same disc as long as both are 64 bit or both 32bit etc. As long as you have a different key they don't care
